- 16 July: keynote “Future-Ready, Not Future-Proof” by Dr Michelle Dickinson; sessions on Predator Free New Zealand 2050, baiting (Partho Dhang), trapping–surveillance (Dr Helen Blackie), termites, European wasps, birds, mosquitoes, bed bugs and house mice; a business panel; Gala Dinner in the evening.
- 17 July: industry collaboration (Dominique Stumpf); post-disaster pest control after the 2011 Tohoku earthquake (Junichiro Katayama); climate and pests (Steve Broadbent); temperature effects on ceiling-spray efficacy against Musca domestica; a next-generation technician panel; redback-spider pheromone work; sustainable operations; AI in business; rats/mice and bird flu; handover to the next host.
