Needs the Association’s confirmation. An article of 13 October 2023 in Kinh tế Môi trường, by Ke Toai and Huy Binh, says Tran Chi Cuong (of the KingVina brand) was then a Vice President of the Vietnam Pest Management Association, and describes VPMA as a professional association permitted by state agencies.
Main points
- The article says Tran Chi Cuong was born in 1985 in Ly Nhan, Ha Nam, and leads the KingVina brand. The closing paragraph says he was then a Vice President of the Vietnam Pest Management Association (VPMA).
- The same paragraph calls VPMA a professional association permitted by state agencies, bringing together businesses in Vietnam and abroad and organisations and individuals in preventive medicine, services, manufacture and distribution of pest-control products. The article says “hundreds of businesses”. That is the newspaper’s wording, not a count the Association published in this item.
- Needs the Association’s confirmation: the piece is a business profile, not a release from the Association. “Vice President” is how the article of 13 October 2023 put the title. The term II congress article on vpma.vn records Tran Chi Cuong as Chairman. Do not use this newspaper piece as an official biography until the Association confirms it.
VPMA’s note
Only the paragraph about the Association is retold. Business figures for KingVina in the same article are not repeated here. Needs the Association’s confirmation.
